The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Youth Wing in Zabzugu Constituency, led by Commander Imoro Toyibu and Deputy Hon. Lukman Iddrisu, recently united with two dynamic youth groups, Zabmang Zugu at Solagyagla and Young Shall Grow Youth Group at Lunsiya.
This strategic partnership aims to galvanize support for Hon. Alhassan Umar alias Abaako, NDC’s Parliamentary Candidate, and H.E. John Dramani Mahama in the December 2024 elections.
Commander Imoro Toyibu praised the youth groups, stating, “These groups have shown unwavering commitment to our party, and anyone significantly contributing to our victory in Zabzugu will be recognized and rewarded; we appreciate your efforts and commitment.”
The enthusiastic youth groups have demonstrated their support through fundraising, establishing door-to-door campaign teams, and garnering votes for NDC in Zabzugu.
To show appreciation, the Youth Wing leadership donated an unspecified amount of money and assorted drinks to each group.
Commander Toyibu was joined by Hon. Lukman, Ramzy Ramzy (Deputy Communication Officer), Comrade Shaibu Grant, Mbe Awudu, Mr. Rex, Mr. Malik, and several branch youth organizers.
According to the Deputy Communication Officer Mr. Abdul-Rahaman, “With this united front, NDC is poised for a resounding victory in the December 2024 elections.”
The youth groups appealed to the constituency leadership for NDC T-shirts, citing it as their only challenge and urged the leadership to provide the necessary support to strengthen the party’s momentum.
