One of Ghana’s leading rural banks, Bomzali Rural Bank PLC, has held its maiden Customer Appreciation Luncheon to reward loyal customers for their continuous support and service to the bank.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Dr. Augustine Ngmentomo Beakana, commended the Board of Directors for their immense contributions to the growth of the institution. He singled out the Board Chairman, Alhaji Iddrisu Abu Abdul-Hanan, for initiating the luncheon and applauded customers for their unwavering commitment, which has strengthened the bank over the years.
The Paramount Chief of the Kumbungu Traditional Area, Naa Yab Abu Iddrisu Yiri II, who also serves as the life patron of the bank, praised the board and staff for their dedication in sustaining the institution. He noted that the bank has created employment opportunities for many qualified but previously unemployed graduates. He urged management to continue operating with sincerity, loyalty, accountability, and transparency to better serve the people and ensure sustained growth.
Delivering his remarks, one of Ghana’s foremost legal luminaries, Lawyer Ibrahim Mahama, highlighted the significant role Bomzali Rural Bank has played in supporting businesses, trade, and personal savings in the region. He also thanked the Paramount Chief of Kumbungu and the people of Dagbon for their dedication to the bank’s growth and success.
Some of the customers present expressed excitement and commended Bomzali Rural Bank for recognizing their loyalty, describing the gesture as a motivation to continue doing business with the bank.
