Hon. Alhassan Suhuyini, Member of Parliament for Tamale North and Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways, has embarked on a thank-you tour across several communities in his constituency to express gratitude and reaffirm his commitment to development.
Accompanied by Northern Regional NDC Deputy Secretary Ziblim Saaka and constituency executive Alhaji Maida Tanko, Suhuyini visited the communities of Gbrimah, Taha, Wovogu Guma, and Wovogu Yilpalsi. The delegation engaged with residents, listened to local concerns, and outlined ongoing and future initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods in the area.
Speaking during the visits, Hon. Suhuyini emphasized his dedication to addressing the needs of his constituents. “This is not just a thank-you visit; it is part of our ongoing dialogue with the people we serve. We are here to listen, learn, and act,” he said.
The tour also served as a platform to highlight recent development projects under Suhuyini’s leadership, particularly in road infrastructure and social welfare. Residents expressed appreciation for the MP’s accessibility and efforts in facilitating visible change in their communities.
As both a legislator and a deputy minister, Suhuyini has been vocal about leveraging his dual roles to bring targeted interventions to Tamale North. His engagements during the tour reflect a sustained commitment to participatory governance and inclusive development.
