Adba Solicitors, Barristers & Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Ghana, has issued a public statement on behalf of their client, Mr. Mohammed Abdulai, Secretary to the late Bamvim Chief, Alhaj Mahama Abdulai.
The statement comes in response to recent allegations circulating in some media outlets and by certain individuals in Tamale, claiming that Mr. Abdulai unlawfully changed the name of Manguli Kukuo to Bamvim Kukuo for personal gain.
In the press release, Adba Solicitors firmly denied the allegations, stating that the Manguli Kukuo site plan remains intact and verifiable at the appropriate state institutions. They noted that the Bamvim Kukuo site plan referenced by the accusers was prepared during Mr. Abdulai’s youth, before he assumed the position of Secretary.

The firm further confirmed that Mr. Abdulai intends to commence legal action against all individuals and media outlets responsible for spreading these false and defamatory claims.
Adba Solicitors urged the public and media houses to disregard the allegations until the matter is resolved through proper legal channels.
The statement was signed by Ibrahim Yussif, Esq., Solicitor for Mr. Mohammed Abdulai, and emphasizes the commitment to vindicate their client’s name and reputation.
